Kathy Martin has a background in education and taught for several years. She moved to health care about 25 years ago and 1995 fell in love with the medical transcriptionists who are brilliant and continuous learners. She has presented at several symposiums and most recently was the chair of the Educator’s Alliance Steering Committee. She is a co-owner of OAK Horizons and continues to seek opportunities to assist MTs and coders in continuing education.
