Increasing productivity and accuracy, building on your foundation of knowledge, becoming credentialed, stretching outside of your professional comfort zone, and other techniques will be discussed at this presentation.
Karen Bates has been an MT for 31 years and the last 19 as a CMT. She has been a member of AAMT/AHDI since 1981. She has spent 10 years in middle management positions with 3 years involved in teaching transcription and managing a transcription production center. She has been instrumental in the development and testing of the software platform currently utilized by DTS America MTs as part of their job development process.
