Are you a manager or supervisor who has a really great idea but are unsure of how to “sell” the idea to the senior management of your organization or MTSO? Are you looking to grow your skills and become a more valuable member of the team?
Past President Sherry Doggett has more than 18 years’ experience in her former role as Director of Corporate Transcription Services at UC Health in presenting her ideas to senior leadership and getting those ideas implemented within her department. In this session, Sherry will not only provide tips on how to “sell” your ideas but also teach how to formulate an idea, test an idea, and formally present it to administrative personnel.
Whether you’re looking for buy-in from your organization’s leaders to promote credentialing in the workplace and hire credentialed workers; have an idea for how the organization can grow, save money, or run more efficiently; or have another type of opportunity to pitch, this informative session will provide solid take-aways to assist in articulating ideas, spark imagination, and get results.
Not able to attend live? You may still purchase and register for this webinar; the webinar recording will automatically be emailed 24 hours after the event ends.
