President's Address

What binds us and creates the common threads we share? What brings us together as a group and solidifies our sense of community? We share an unwavering spirit to "get it right," to represent the patient’s health experience to the best of our ability, to partner with the author, the clinician, on the other end of the line—again, to give the patient our best. We also share a unique understanding of what it means to do that and we see ourselves as "tenants in common" in the profession dedicated to the quality and integrity of patient health information, with the same stroke the spirit of "all for one" when our colleagues hit strife.
