On behalf of the entire membership, we welcome Christine Peterson, CMT, RHIT, AHDI-F, to the National Leadership Board as District 5 Director. Christy has been appointed by the NLB to serve through August 31, 2013 (the remainder of the District 5 term previously held by Cynthia Alder, CMT, RHIT, AHDI-F, who stepped down to care for her mom following ACE 2012). Christy has served AHDI as a member of the credentialing development team (CDT), research and development team (RADT), as a mentor for students, and served members of the Online Association as credentialing committee chair.
