What Topics Would You Like to Hear Discussed at ACE 2011?
The 2011 ACE Program Committee is hard at work developing a cutting-edge program featuring a wide variety of break-out sessions, workshops and special events. I would love to see a panel discussion where MTs and MTSO owners answer some of the most commonly asked questions that we hear from MTs as well as owners sharing their concerns and questions. I think this would be a great way for MTIA and AHDI members to interact on a meaningful level.
I would like to see more integration on the regulation topics; i.e. meaningful use, IRRA, Healthcare Reform Act, etc. and the role the medical transcriptionist has. This is what we currently did at our regional symposium, and it was well received by coders and transcriptionists alike.
